Landscape design and installation is the planning and building of an outdoor space: beds, plantings, borders, and the structure that ties them together. Classic Tree and Landscaping designs and installs landscapes for homeowners across Cranston and Providence County, chosen for Rhode Island's climate and built to look better every year.
From idea to installed
Whether you have a clear vision or a blank slate, we walk you through it. We read the property, talk through your goals and budget, and design something that suits your actual conditions instead of a cookie-cutter plan.
Then we install it. Our crew handles the planting, the beds, and the finish work, so the design on paper becomes the yard you walk out into.
What we design and install
- Planting beds and border gardens
- Tree and shrub installation
- Mulch and ground-cover installation
- Flower beds and seasonal color
- Garden borders and clean edging
- Privacy plantings and screening hedges
Built to grow in
We pick plants that suit Rhode Island's climate and your property's specific conditions: sun, soil, drainage, and how much upkeep you want. A good landscape is not finished on installation day. The ones we build look better in year three than they did the day we planted them.
Preparing your yard for install day
You do not have to do much before we arrive. A quick walkthrough with us ahead of the install date is enough to set expectations on both sides. If there are sprinkler heads, buried lines, invisible fence wire, or anything low to the ground you want to flag, that conversation beforehand saves headaches on the day.
On install day itself, we handle everything from material delivery to final placement and cleanup. We do not leave the site with a pile of packaging or excavated soil for you to deal with. When we leave, the beds are planted, the edging is cut clean, and the area is tidy. You walk outside to a finished yard, not a construction site. If something is not right when we are done, we want to know before we pull out of the driveway.
